About the Role
Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) is looking for a dedicated professional to support our leadership team. In this role, you will act as a central coordinator, helping turn high-level business strategies into actionable plans. You will ensure the office of the Investment Banking Division (IBD) and Sponsors operates efficiently and with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support: Help plan and execute strategy sessions, offsites, and workshops. Coordinate the rollout of strategic projects and monitor progress to ensure goals are met.
- Project Management: Take full ownership of projects from start to finish. This includes defining the scope, managing resources, and driving initiatives to completion.
- Communication: Draft and coordinate professional documents, including strategy papers, presentations, speeches, meeting minutes, and executive reports.
- Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across different teams to improve delivery and innovation. Gather information from various sources to support executive decision-making.
- Efficiency: Streamline business processes and manage action items to ensure tasks are completed by the right people at the right time.

Qualifications and Experience
- A relevant post-graduate degree (Masters preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience within the financial services industry.
