Job Overview

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the Director and senior leadership. Your primary goal is to ensure the organization runs smoothly by managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Director’s calendar and prioritize daily appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files, ensuring all data is kept secure.
  • Support project management by tracking important deadlines and project progress.
  • Act as a primary point of contact between the Director and other departments to ensure clear communication.
  • Research industry trends and provide analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist in strategic planning and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required by the Director.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, polished demeanor.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
