The Role

We are looking for a results-driven Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will use your expertise and passion for hospitality to elevate our dining experiences and ensure every guest receives exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the daily operations of the Food & Beverage department to maintain high service standards.
  • Proactively work to improve guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries quickly and professionally.
  • Help the department reach its financial targets and performance goals.
  • Manage and mentor the F&B team, fostering a culture of professional growth and development.
  • Control costs and inventory while ensuring high levels of productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the department complies with all health, safety, and legal regulations, including internal audits.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food and beverage service with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent management skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example leadership style.
  • A deep commitment to guest service and a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to find creative solutions and offer helpful recommendations.
  • Strong personal integrity and the ability to thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Proficiency in using various IT and computer systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
