Feedem provides professional catering services across various industries. We are currently seeking two reliable and dedicated General Assistants to join our team in the Western Cape. In this role, you will support our culinary team in preparing meals, serving clients, and ensuring the kitchen and dining areas remain clean and organized.

Main Responsibilities
As a General Assistant, your daily duties will include:
- Assisting Cooks and Chefs with food preparation, specifically with salads and desserts.
- Placing food items on the serving line and ensuring they are well-stocked throughout service.
- Serving meals to clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Recording and properly storing leftover food items.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen, canteen tables, and dining areas.
- Carrying out general tasks as requested by management to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar catering or kitchen environment.
- A culinary qualification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be willing to undergo criminal and credit background checks.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
