Requirements
- Education: AET Level 4 (Grade 9 to Grade 12).
- Experience: At least six months of relevant working experience.
- Skills: Good communication skills (written and verbal), problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work well in a team.
- Personal Attributes: Honest, reliable, and physically fit to handle the demands of the role.
- Additional Advantages: Knowledge of pharmacy environments or a valid driver’s license will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload boxes of stock from vehicles.
- Organize and pack stock on warehouse shelves according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) systems.
- Move and set up equipment and furniture in designated work areas.
- Assist drivers during deliveries and collections of stock, prescription files, and medical orders.
- Ensure all worksheets and delivery schedules are kept safe and handed over to supervisors on time.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace by clearing walkways and removing empty boxes.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and complete any other tasks assigned by management.
