Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking General Worker to join our NTK Retail branch in Lephalale. This role involves performing essential manual tasks and ensuring the smooth daily operation of our retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain general tidiness and cleanliness of the premises.
- Assist customers and suppliers with the loading and offloading of stock according to company procedures.
- Support the team with stock control and inventory management.
- Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the workspace safe and organized.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers.
- Complete various manual tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- A Grade 12 certificate (Matric) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform hard manual labor.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on adding value to the team.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong service orientation and a helpful attitude.
- Highly accurate and thorough in completing tasks.
- Reliable and precise in following instructions.
