GI Investment Admin Consultant

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Administration and Reporting Consultant.

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will focus on the following core areas:

1. Reporting and Analysis

  • Manage reporting for third parties, including fund manager reports, asset management updates, and regulatory analytics.
  • Provide technical sales and investment support using tools like Morningstar.
  • Assist with onboarding new funds, stockbrokers, and model portfolios.
  • Evaluate and improve internal processes to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly performance reports to clients and sales teams.

2. Investment Administration

  • Maintain investment offerings across Glacier International products.
  • Set up and maintain mutual funds and ETFs on the platform, including operational due diligence.
  • Manage trading issues and corporate actions for funds.
  • Ensure fund lists and fact sheets are up-to-date on the company website.
  • Handle model portfolio administration, including registration, monthly fee statements, and rebalance instructions.
  • Perform financial calculations such as IRR, EAC, and breakage investigations.

3. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, managers, and service providers.
  • Support internal teams, including sales and client service departments, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

  • A tertiary qualification related to Investments.
  • 2–3 years of experience in the international investment industry (LISP operations, asset management, or investment admin).
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
