About the Role
Premier FMCG is looking for a motivated HR Graduate to join our team. This role offers hands‑on experience across all areas of Human Resources, including:
- HR Operations administration and systems (e.g., SAGE, Greylink)
- Recruitment, onboarding, employee movement, and terminations
- Learning and Development administration (e.g., Moodle, SAGE)
- Process understanding in Learning & Development, Talent/Skills Development, Organisational Development, and Industrial Relations
- Support for national HR projects and tasks
- Travel to other sites for exposure to all business units (as required)
Qualifications
- Grade 12 completed
- Degree in Human Resource Management
- Driver’s licence (advantageous)
Experience
No prior experience is required. This is an entry‑level position designed to give you valuable in‑service work experience, skills, and knowledge to launch your HR career.
