Graduate Internship (Alpine Group)

We are currently seeking motivated graduates to join our Alpine Group internship program in Durban. This is a one-year contract with the potential to become a permanent position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities
Interns will support their respective departments with daily operational tasks, including:
Human Resources
- Maintaining employee records and assisting with recruitment.
- Supporting onboarding processes and attendance tracking.
- Providing general administrative support to the HR team.
Finance
- Assisting with data capturing and financial reconciliations.
- Processing invoices and supporting creditor/debtor management.
- General financial administration tasks.
Stock Control
- Assisting with inventory counts and monitoring stock levels.
- Tracking stock movement and reporting any discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate digital and physical stock records.
Administration
- Managing filing systems and data entry.
- Handling correspondence and document management.
- Assisting various departments with administrative needs.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A recently completed degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic computer literacy, specifically in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A professional attitude and a strong work ethic.
- South African citizenship or legal eligibility to work in South Africa.
- No prior work experience is required as training will be provided.
Job Details
- Location: Durban (In-Office)
- Contract Duration: 12 months
- Remuneration: R5,000 monthly stipend
- Working Hours: 08:00 to 16:30
