Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- A completed BEng or BSc degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Must be under the age of 35.
- Academic records must meet the requirements for professional registration with ECSA or other relevant statutory councils.
- A valid driver’s license (Code 08) is an advantage.
- Registration as a candidate with a professional council is an advantage.
What We Are Looking For
We want a motivated individual who is a strong team player. You should have a solid understanding of engineering principles and the ability to apply them to real-world tasks. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills are essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
During this programme, interns will be expected to:
- Demonstrate technical proficiency as required by statutory councils (such as ECSA).
- Work effectively within a team to complete engineering projects.
- Plan and organize workloads to meet performance targets.
