About the Job

Alstom invites motivated, dynamic and recently qualified graduates to join our 12‑month Graduate Programme as a Test Technician X6. The role reports to the Senior EPU Manager and is based at Dunnottar, with work sites in Nigel (Ekurhuleni) and Wolmerton (Pretoria North).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in testing execution and support activities.
• Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards.
• Prepare documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with teams and engage in continuous learning.
• Operate and care for equipment.
• Preserve product quality and adhere to configuration standards.
• Escalate supplier issues and support corrective monitoring to meet Gibela requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced Diploma, BTech or BEngTech in Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
• No previous work experience required.
• South African citizen, aged 18–35.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficient in MS Office.
