The Role
We are seeking a professional and organized HCM Administrator to join our team on a three-year fixed-term contract. This role is essential for providing administrative support across human capital management, with a specific focus on recruitment and departmental logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide logistical support for recruitment and selection processes.
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees and students involved in the DALRRD project.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with internal policies and national labor laws.
- Support the Payroll Administrator by providing accurate data and inputs.
- Maintain high-quality HR records and organize personnel filing systems.
- Handle administration for employee training and development applications.
- Assist with receptionist and switchboard duties when required.
- Prepare interview packs, manage candidate logistics, and draft correspondence.
Requirements
- A National Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a human resources environment.
- Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
- High levels of integrity, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the VIP system is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
