About the Organization

The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) was established under the Community Scheme Ombud Service Act of 2011. Our mission is to regulate the conduct of parties within community schemes and ensure good governance across the sector. We are looking for a dedicated HR Business Partner to help us achieve our organizational goals.

Role Overview

As an HR Business Partner, you will be the primary link between the Human Resources department and various business divisions. You will provide strategic guidance, support management in people-related decisions, and ensure that HR practices align with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor the Human Capital strategy to meet corporate goals.
  • Act as a strategic partner to management by providing expert advice on people management solutions.
  • Coach and mentor managers on HR policies, helping them resolve complex issues and minimize organizational risk.
  • Collaborate with other HR units to develop programs, projects, and policy enhancements.
  • Ensure all HR practices follow legislative requirements, specifically focusing on diversity, equality, and redressing past imbalances.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or B Tech in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Social Science.
  • Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience as an HR Generalist within a corporate or public sector environment.
