We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our Cape Town team through a 12‑month Youth Internship Programme. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, global recruitment environment and the chance to earn an additional international accreditation.

What You’ll Do

• Sourcing talent to meet client needs.
• Data entry, document management, and updating internal databases.
• Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information.
• Collaborating with team members across departments and regions.
• Assisting with internal reporting and performance tracking.
• Taking on ad‑hoc tasks as required by management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Recently completed a certified diploma or degree in a professional sector (e.g., Business Administration, IT, Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Health Sciences).
• Employment Equity (EE) candidates will be prioritised.
• Available to begin the programme in March 2026 and attend assessments in February 2026.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (to be tested).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
