About the Job

Tracker Western Cape is looking for an Installation Support Agent to provide scheduling support across the region. The role involves maintaining high customer service standards, resolving queries, and working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Tracker products to existing and prospective clients.
  • Handle urgent same‑day scheduling requests for the Western Cape region.
  • Act as liaison between Sales, Installations, and Technical Support at HQ.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners.
  • Administer contracts, collect feedback, and produce daily statistical reports.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met under pressure.
  • Provide support to other departments and regions within Tracker.
  • Meet or exceed scheduling targets.
  • Capture and manage data accurately.
  • Coordinate with technicians for appointments and rescheduling.
  • Maintain high‑quality schedules and monitor technician utilisation.
  • Outsource work to fitment centres when needed.
  • Manage potential cancellations and maintain local and regional scheduling relationships.
  • Take ownership of all queries and calls, meeting SLA requirements.
  • Allocate pre‑fit fitments to assigned fitment centres.
  • Arrange and coordinate same‑day fitments as per dealer requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric qualification with at least 1 year of contact centre experience.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Strong data capturing skills.
  • Bilingual in English and Afrikaans is advantageous.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent typing and accurate data entry.
  • Excellent communication skills, including a professional telephone manner.
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Confidence in handling voice‑recorded calls.
  • Excellent time‑management and self‑discipline.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must reside in Cape Town.
