About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer‑focused individual to manage the Instant Offer moderation process. The role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing the instant offer contact centre, ensuring high quality and timely service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organise and schedule instant offer activities in the queue.
- Collaborate with the Call Centre Manager to produce daily, weekly and monthly reports that maximise productivity.
- Resolve customer queries about instant offers within agreed service levels and raise issues to the line manager when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication within the department and with other stakeholders.
- Meet all key instant‑offer customer contact deadlines and continuously improve performance.
- Moderate all vehicles listed on the Instant Offer platform.
- Keep all administrative tasks up to date, including month‑end reports and daily checks.
- Update the management platform after each customer interaction with detailed notes.
- Assist with reporting on different instant‑offer statuses.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working under pressure and multitasking.
- Customer‑service experience, especially handling difficult conversations.
- Computer literate – proficient with online platforms and web tools.

Qualifications
- Matric (high school completion).
- At least 2 years of customer‑service experience in a call‑centre environment.
- Matric plus a customer‑service qualification is preferred.
