Job Overview

This internship is designed for graduates looking to gain practical experience in the field of internal auditing within a public service environment. The successful candidate will work under the Finance and Audit division.

Minimum Requirements

• A National Diploma or Degree in Internal Audit, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Qualification must be NQF level 6 or higher.
• Must be a South African citizen.

Core Functions and Responsibilities

During this internship, you will be expected to:

• Assist with internal auditing processes and risk assessments.
• Help prepare official audit reports.
• Assist in the development of audit programs.
• Support the execution of audits to ensure organizational compliance and effectiveness.
