Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Grow sales within existing accounts by promoting new products and special offers.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Support the external sales team by scheduling appointments and building relationships with distributors.
- Provide customers with product samples, literature, and accurate price quotes.
- Manage both inbound and outbound professional sales calls.
Order Processing
- Accurately log and process customer orders through internal systems.
- Prepare detailed quotes, including pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor stock levels and apply proper inventory principles.
- Manage all necessary sales documentation and daily order confirmations.
Customer Service & Support
- Keep customers updated on lead times, dispatch dates, and order status.
- Coordinate with the logistics, production, and warehouse teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Handle returns, invoice queries, and account-related questions efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on long-term solutions.
Administration & Compliance
- Support the external sales team with administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update price lists as directed by management.
- Follow all company health, safety, and quality standards (ISO/IATF).
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in an internal sales role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on sales growth.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
- Experience using professional platforms like LinkedIn and WhatsApp for Business.
