Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Communications Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work under professional supervision to support our communication strategies, digital presence, and event management efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor social media channels and help implement the organization’s social media strategy.
  • Create engaging content for various internal and external communication platforms.
  • Assist with website management and updates.
  • Help draft clear and effective messages for brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
  • Provide photography support for various projects and events.
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions and events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or Media Studies.
  • Proficiency in social media management and website tools, specifically WordPress.
  • Strong writing, editing, and word-processing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of digital media tools for video creation, design, and multimedia content.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic photography skills.
  • General administrative skills, including research, filing, and taking minutes.
