Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Communications Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work under professional supervision to support our communication strategies, digital presence, and event management efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor social media channels and help implement the organization’s social media strategy.
- Create engaging content for various internal and external communication platforms.
- Assist with website management and updates.
- Help draft clear and effective messages for brochures, posters, and other marketing materials.
- Provide photography support for various projects and events.
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions and events.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, or Media Studies.
- Proficiency in social media management and website tools, specifically WordPress.
- Strong writing, editing, and word-processing skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital media tools for video creation, design, and multimedia content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic photography skills.
- General administrative skills, including research, filing, and taking minutes.
