Role Description
We are looking for motivated interns to join our Human Resource Development (HRD) and Performance Management unit. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the public sector and develop your professional skills in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily Human Resource Development (HRD) functions.
- Support the department in coordinating Performance Management processes.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
To qualify for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A three-year qualification (Diploma or Degree) in Human Resource Management or Human Resource Development.
- Skills: Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Technical: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in office software.
