About the Department
The Limpopo Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs (CoGHSTA) is responsible for coordinating government efforts, supporting human settlements, and overseeing traditional affairs within the province. Our mission is to provide quality services to citizens by improving service delivery and implementing projects that benefit the community.
Role Overview
We are looking for motivated graduates to join our internship program in the Management Accounting division. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in public sector finance and accounting.
Key Performance Areas
- Assisting with various management accounting functions.
- Supporting the finance team with reporting and budget tasks.
- Participating in departmental financial administration.
Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A three-year qualification (Degree or Diploma) in Commerce, Finance, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Economics.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
