What You Will Do
As an intern in the Organizational Development and HR Planning unit, you will support various departmental functions, specifically focusing on:
- HR Planning processes
- Information management
- HR Systems maintenance and support
Requirements
To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A three-year qualification (National Diploma or Degree) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Public Management.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and systems.
Preferred Skills
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
