Internship: Organizational Development and HR Planning

The Limpopo Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs (CoGHSTA) is dedicated to coordinating government efforts, supporting human settlements, and overseeing traditional affairs within the province. Our mission is to provide high-quality services to citizens by improving delivery and implementing community-focused projects.

What You Will Do

As an intern in the Organizational Development and HR Planning unit, you will support various departmental functions, specifically focusing on:

  • HR Planning processes
  • Information management
  • HR Systems maintenance and support

Requirements

To be considered for this internship, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A three-year qualification (National Diploma or Degree) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Public Management.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and systems.

Preferred Skills

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
