Who Should Apply?

We are looking for driven and committed young individuals who are ready to learn. To qualify, you must:

Be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 29.
Hold a National Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in full-time studies.
Have strong communication and people skills.
Be proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a team.

Target Fields of Study

We are accepting applications from graduates in the following areas:

Information Technology: Data Analytics, BI, Product, Software Engineering, and Technical Support.
Business & Finance: Finance, Accounting, Sales, Commercial, and Growth.
Operations & Support: HR, Legal, and Fraud & Risk Management.

What to Expect

As an intern, you will be placed in a structured role where you will support daily operations and specific projects. Your duties may include administrative tasks, customer service support, research, or technical assignments. Throughout the 12 months, you will benefit from regular feedback, coaching sessions, and the chance to shadow experienced professionals.
