Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our newly established Efficiency Committee as an Operations Excellence Analyst. This role functions as an internal governance and improvement unit, reporting directly to the Head of the Efficiency Committee.
The successful candidate will focus on mapping processes, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), analyzing data, and conducting operational audits. This position is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates who are analytical, responsible, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process & SOP Development
- Work directly with operational teams to understand daily workflows.
- Map end-to-end processes for key roles and departments.
- Identify inefficiencies, risks, and gaps in current workflows.
- Create and standardize SOPs and operating guidelines.
Data & Performance Analysis
- Review operational data reports and dashboards.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track operational trends.
- Perform basic data analysis to support business improvements.
- Prepare structured reports based on evidence and facts.
KPI Design & Management
- Help management define measurable and actionable KPIs.
- Explain KPI logic and measurement methods to different departments.
- Ensure KPIs align with actual operational execution.
Operational Audits
- Conduct on-site checks to observe actual execution versus planned processes.
- Identify the root causes of operational issues or non-compliance.
- Support follow-up actions to ensure improvements are implemented.
Communication & Governance
- Communicate findings professionally to various business units.
- Provide factual evidence to HR and management when necessary.
- Maintain objectivity and independence in all reviews and reports.
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Final-year university student or recent graduate.
- A completed Bachelor’s degree.
Technical Skills
- Basic data analysis skills (ability to interpret reports and findings).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data organization).
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating reports.
- Ability to quickly learn new internal software and tools.
