Internship: Records & Facilities (HR and General Records)
The Limpopo Department of Cooperative Governance, Human Settlements and Traditional Affairs (CoGHSTA) is committed to improving service delivery and supporting community development across the province. We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team in Polokwane as a Records and Facilities Intern.
Role Overview
This internship focuses on supporting both Human Resources (HR) and General Records functions. It is a full-time position designed for graduates looking to gain practical experience in information management within a government setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of HR-related records.
- Manage general departmental records and filing systems.
- Ensure all documentation is handled according to departmental standards and protocols.
- Support the facilities management team with administrative tasks.
Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: A three-year qualification in Archives and Records Management, a BA in Information Science, Information Management, or a Bachelor of Arts degree.
- Location: Must be based in or able to work in Polokwane, Limpopo.
