The Quality Council for Trades and Occupations (QCTO) is a public entity responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and certification of occupational qualifications and trades in South Africa. We are currently seeking a motivated intern to join our Registry team in Pretoria.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registry Intern, you will assist with the organization and maintenance of official records. Your duties will include:
- Receiving, filing, and safely storing documents according to the QCTO filing plan.
- Assigning correct reference numbers to submissions.
- Creating and uploading digital records into the Enterprise Content Management system.
- Assisting staff with finding and retrieving files.
- Identifying old records for disposal and assisting with the destruction process.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and courier parcels.
Requirements
- A recognized National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Archives and Records Management, Public Administration, or Public Management.
- Unemployed South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 35.
- No previous work experience required.
- Must not have participated in any other internship program before.
- Preference will be given to residents of the Gauteng Province.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Professional ethics and the ability to handle confidential information.
