The Construction Education Training Authority (CETA) provides essential skills development services to the South African construction sector. Role Overview

We are looking for motivated interns to join our Risk Management unit. This program offers entry-level exposure to corporate functions, providing practical experience in a professional environment. Interns will rotate through different divisions to gain a broad understanding of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
  • Manage correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Support the unit with budget coordination and administrative tasks.
  • Collect data and help prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Assist with information gathering for upcoming audits.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and record minutes.
  • Assist in creating at least one presentation per quarter.
  • Participate in rotational training to learn about various departmental functions.

Entry Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen under the age of 35.
  • Must hold a relevant post-matric qualification from a recognized institution.
  • Must have never been previously employed.
  • Must not have participated in any previous SETA internship programs.

Education Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree or diploma in one of the following fields:

  • BCom in Risk Management
  • BTech or National Diploma in Risk Management
  • BCom or National Diploma in Auditing or Accounting
