About the Role
iStore is Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller, offering retail, online, repair, business, education, training and technical support services for all Apple products. We are looking for a Technical Support Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to iStore customers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Resolve technical problems efficiently and professionally.
- Offer training and assistance to customers when needed.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and support quality.
Required Qualifications
- Completed Matric and an IT qualification (minimum A+/N+).
- Experience in Helpdesk or 1st Line Support.
