Key Responsibilities

As a Junior Packing and Logistics Assistant, you will play a vital role in our production and distribution process. Your main duties will include:

  • Packaging and Labelling: Applying labels to product pouches accurately and neatly. You must ensure labels are clean, straight, and match the specific product batch.
  • Order Fulfillment: Packing freeze-dried products according to pick sheets and order lists. You will ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage or moisture exposure during delivery.
  • Shipping Coordination: Preparing waybills and courier labels for the correct orders and assisting with the handover to courier services.
  • Inventory Management: Assisting with regular stock counts of finished goods and packaging materials. You will help maintain an organized storage area using FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
  • Operational Support: Stepping in to help other teams when needed. This includes assisting in the kitchen or production area, helping with cleaning and housekeeping, and supporting general warehouse tasks.
  • Safety and Hygiene: Strictly following all food safety, hygiene, and protective clothing (PPE) requirements to keep the work area audit-ready.
