Job Description

We are looking for a Liabilities Consultant to capture and process third‑party claims for King Price.

Purpose of the Position

To manage third‑party claims from initiation to resolution, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client and third‑party expectations.
• Respond to client and third‑party queries professionally.
• Initiate new third‑party claims.
• Assess the merits and quantum of received claims.
• Decide whether to settle or reject claims.
• Draft releases and related documents for third‑party claims.

Requirements

• Matric (essential).
• Relevant experience in legal liabilities.
• Solid understanding of claims philosophy and its application.
