Job Opportunity: Maintenance General Worker
RCL FOODS is a leading food producer in South Africa, employing over 20,000 people. We manufacture a wide range of popular food brands and distribute them across Southern Africa. We are currently looking for a hardworking Maintenance General Worker to join our Baking Division team in Centurion.
Role Overview
In this role, you will report to the Utilities Foreman and assist with the daily upkeep and operational tasks of the facility. This is a full-time position suited for someone who is physically fit and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep work areas clean and well-maintained.
- Assist skilled technicians and supervisors with various tasks.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Operate basic tools and simple machinery.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures strictly.
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by management.
- Work in outdoor conditions or at heights when necessary.
- Be available to work overtime or weekends if required.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in manual labor, construction, warehousing, or maintenance.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, carry materials, and stand for long periods.
- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety and tool operation.
- Reliable, punctual, and honest.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- A valid driver’s license is considered an advantage.
