Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated intern to join our Medical Services team in Bethlehem. This role offers practical experience in administrative and medical support services within a government environment.

Requirements

  • A three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 6) in Nursing or Public Management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

As an intern, you will assist with the following tasks:

  • Records Management: Organizing, scanning, and filing important documents.
  • Invoice Processing: Verifying medical invoices, checking for duplicates, stamping manual invoices, and capturing data into the system.
  • Communication: Handling general enquiries and attending to telephone calls.
  • Documentation: Compiling professional letters, tracking documents, and collecting necessary paperwork.
