Role Overview
We are seeking five dedicated MSc students to join our Plant Breeding research projects. This is a unique opportunity for post-graduate students to gain hands-on experience and contribute to vital agricultural research while completing their studies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide research support for various Plant Breeding projects.
- Collaborate with fellow students, technical staff, and professional researchers.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders involved in the research projects.
- Share research results through scientific publications, popular articles, and conference presentations.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety (SHE/OHS) policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- BSc (Honours) degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, or Plant Production.
- Successful completion of modules in Genetics and Plant Breeding.
- Proven ability to conduct research at the Honours level.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
