Old Mutual Limited (OML) is a leading African financial services group. We provide a wide range of financial solutions to retail and corporate customers across 14 countries. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Wealth Management Learnership program in KwaZulu-Natal.

Position Overview

This learnership is a full-time opportunity designed for individuals looking to build a career in the financial services industry. The program focuses on gaining practical experience while working towards a professional qualification.

Requirements

• Must be between 18 and 35 years old.
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
• A Diploma, Degree, or N6 qualification.
• An NQF Level 5 qualification in Wealth Management (Higher, Advanced, or Occupational Certificate).
• 6 to 12 months of experience in outbound call center sales or retail sales.
• Previous experience in financial services is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A clear criminal record and a clean credit history.
