Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Admin Assistant to join our Multi Green team in Villiers. In this role, you will support both the office and production teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly. This position requires a hands-on approach and the ability to assist with weighbridge duties when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the office.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with professional etiquette.
- Monitor and order office supplies to maintain stock levels.
- Act as a relief operator for the weighbridge.
- Assist with production-related administration.
- Handle incoming packages and deliveries.
- Coordinate the collection and dispatch of soil, leaf, and fertilizer samples to the laboratory for analysis.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using office equipment such as scanners and printers.
- Strong customer service skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- A clear criminal record.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail in all administrative work.
