We are currently looking for a dedicated Office Administrator and Junior Personal Assistant to join our team in Bellville.

Role Overview

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support and act as a Junior Personal Assistant to the Managing Director. We are looking for a proactive individual who can work independently while maintaining clear communication with the team.

Requirements

  • Language: Must be fully bilingual (Afrikaans as a first language and English).
  • Transport: A valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle are essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, strong time management, and a high level of professional integrity.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience: Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize the Managing Director’s calendar and scheduling.
  • Filter incoming correspondence, phone calls, and operational requests.
  • Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
  • Coordinate internal follow-ups to ensure projects and tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain structured reporting systems and ensure an effective flow of information within the office.
