Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and organized Office Assistant to join our team at The Grove Mall in Pretoria. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries and provide essential administrative support to ensure our operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, tenants, and management.
  • Provide general administrative support, including invoicing and operations department tasks.
  • Create, maintain, and update records and reports with high accuracy.
  • Keep filing systems organized and up to date.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent the company well at all times.

Requirements and Skills

  • Education: Matric certificate is required.
  • Software: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Experience: Previous administrative experience in retail or center management is a plus.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and strong time management.
  • Transport: Must have a valid Code 8 driver’s license and own reliable transport.
  • Availability: Willingness to work weekends and after hours when necessary.
  • Location: Candidates must be based in Pretoria.
