Officer: IM Customer Relations

Company Overview

Role Summary

The Officer for IM Customer Relations plays a vital role in bridging the gap between Information Management (IM) services and business customers. This position focuses on maintaining strong relationships, managing IT projects, and ensuring that service standards are met through direct engagement and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Liaison: Engage directly with customers through on-site visits to understand and address their needs.
  • Service Management: Implement and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) within the business.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of Information Technology (IT) solutions from start to finish.
  • Service Monitoring: Regularly track and monitor the quality of services delivered to ensure they meet organizational standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: A National Diploma or National N Diploma in Information Management or Information Technology (NQF6 with 240 credits).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in an IT or Information Management environment, including a solid understanding of business operations.
