Job Purpose
Apply quality control principles before orders are dispatched to internal and external customers. Check orders for completeness, confirm them, and then consolidate and load them. Perform any other reasonable ad‑hoc requests.
Qualifications & Skills
- Matric (high school diploma)
- Computer literate; Excel skills are an advantage
Experience Needed
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse or cold store.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties
- Maintain warehouse integrity
- Allocate stock correctly using the stock system
- Verify weight and number of cartons before loading/unloading
- Ensure correct product and quantity are loaded
- Confirm stock is in good condition before loading
- Check documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure orders are processed as planned
- Keep receiving and dispatch areas clean at all times
