Role Overview
We are currently seeking a professional and organized Optical Assistant to join a practice in Chatsworth. This is a full-time position suited for someone who provides excellent customer service and has a strong understanding of the optical industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage frontline duties and provide a warm welcome to patients.
- Handle medical aid liaison and administrative tasks.
- Assist patients with frame selection and general inquiries.
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of the practice reception.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
- Previous experience within an optical environment is essential.
- Must reside within close proximity to the Chatsworth area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
