Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Leasing Agent with strong experience in residential and retail property leasing. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and at least 5 years of leasing experience. The role is based at our Parktown head office. A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle are required, as you will travel to various sites for property viewings and client meetings. This position offers a base salary plus commission. A matric certificate is essential, along with any relevant qualifications or licences.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of leasing experience
• Strong knowledge of residential and retail properties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle
• Matric certificate required
