About the Company

Pepkor is the largest retail group in Southern Africa, operating over 5,400 stores across 10 African countries. Our Speciality division supports the growth of unique fashion and footwear brands. We are currently looking for a motivated Shop Assistant to join our AYANA stores team in Gauteng.

Role Purpose

The main goal of this position is to provide exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming shopping environment and ensuring that every customer has a positive experience, ultimately helping the store reach its sales goals.

Requirements

• Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience working in a retail environment.
• Language: Must be fluent in English (speaking other languages is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy is required.
