We are currently looking for a dedicated and energetic Sales Assistant to join our team at the Khayelitsha Mall branch.
Job Summary

- Education: Matric (Grade 12)
The Role
As a Sales Assistant, your main goal is to provide excellent service to our customers and help the store reach its sales targets. You will support the management team with daily operations, ensuring the store looks great and runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide friendly and helpful service to every customer.
- Maintain store displays and ensure merchandise is well-presented.
- Help with stock replenishment and keep the shop floor tidy.
- Follow company procedures for stockroom management, mark-downs, and lay-bys.
- Protect company assets, including stock and cash.
- Assist with general store administration and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification (Matric).
- Previous experience in a sales environment.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
