Role Description

We are offering a Packaging Learnership, which is a structured training program designed to give you both theoretical knowledge and practical work experience. This program allows you to apply what you learn in a real-world production environment.

Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Education: Minimum of a Matric certificate with passes in Mathematics and English.
  • Added Advantage: Technical qualifications such as N3, N4, N5, or N6.
  • Personal Skills: You should be self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work well and interact effectively with others in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in all off-the-job theoretical learning sessions.
  • Complete on-the-job practical training modules.
  • Demonstrate competence through various workplace assessments.
