Job Opportunity: People & Organisation Assistant / HR Administrator

About the Role
As a People & Organisation (P&O) Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth processes, accurate data, and a positive experience for all employees across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the rollout of HR programs and projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Coordinate HR administration for the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding new hires to managing departures.
- Lead and support employee wellness initiatives to promote a healthy workplace culture.
- Work with payroll consultants to ensure accurate inputs and resolve any payroll-related questions.
- Manage employee documents, including contracts, letters, and system updates.
- Coordinate employee benefits and work with external partners and auditors.
- Maintain accurate HR records, headcount data, and compliance reports for Employment Equity and Workman’s Compensation.

Requirements:
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or general administration, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
- A solid understanding of payroll processes and general HR administration.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR information systems.
- A solution-oriented mindset and a high level of accuracy in your work.
