About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant / Admin Coordinator. In this role, you will provide direct administrative support to the General Manager and help ensure the smooth daily operations of a busy hospitality and events venue. This position is perfect for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates clearly, and enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide full administrative assistance to the General Manager.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documents.
  • Manage digital and physical filing systems to keep information organized.
  • Coordinate tasks between different departments.

Communication & Client Relations

  • Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Respond to questions from clients and suppliers quickly and accurately.
  • Act as the main point of contact between management, clients, and service providers.

Scheduling & Meetings

  • Manage the General Manager’s calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track follow-up tasks.
  • Help with scheduling for events and internal planning.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Matric certificate is required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Experience in hospitality or events is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, specifically in MS Office.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Exceptional ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
