Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- A Secretarial Diploma or an equivalent 1–2 year post-school qualification.
- At least 3 years of administrative or clerical experience providing support to senior management.
- A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and basic financial administration.
- Computer literacy, specifically in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with financial systems such as BAS and PERSAL (this will be an advantage).
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- Advanced typing skills and the ability to prepare professional presentations.
- Basic supervisory skills.
