Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to support the Office of the Chief Executive. This role requires a professional individual who is organized, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information with care.
Requirements
- A Secretarial Diploma or a relevant qualification.
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting senior management.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong office management skills, including document tracking and filing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research and analyze documents and situations.
- Basic knowledge of financial management and relevant legislation.
- A professional appearance and good presentation skills.
