Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personnel Practitioner to join our team. This role focuses on recruitment, selection, HR planning, and managing information systems. The successful candidate will help maintain efficient human resource processes within the provincial government.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have the following:
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
- An appropriate undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Public Management, Public Administration, or a related field as recognized by SAQA.
- At least two (2) years of practical experience in a Human Resource Management environment.
- A valid PERSAL Certificate or official PERSAL results.
