We are currently looking for a motivated Pet Sales Assistant to join our team in Mbombela, Mpumalanga.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service and maintaining store standards. Your daily tasks will include:

• Ensuring the store is fully stocked and assisting with orders.
• Using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handling basic administration.
• Providing friendly and helpful service to all customers.
• Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-presented.
• Learning about our products to explain features and benefits to customers.
• Recommending products that meet specific customer needs.
• Following all company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have the following:

• A valid Matric certificate.
• Previous experience in retail sales or a customer service role.
• Reside within 25km of the workplace.
• A clear criminal record.

Preferred Attributes

• South African citizenship.
